Packages

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days (1 working day for urgent orders) of receipt of your order.

Delivery times

Delivery times are given for information only. They are generally:

• 2 to 5 working days (plus preparation time) for an urgent shipment.

• 2 to 10 working days (plus preparation time) for a normal shipment.

The parcel

The parcels are made with particular care to absorb the risks of physical and thermal shock. The parcels therefore contain no less than 2 protections:

• Double-wall cardboard

• Foam cushioning

At the customer's request, thermal protection can be added for particularly hot climates. If there is a significant additional cost, the customer may be asked to make a contribution.

Taking account of our ecological impact

In order to reduce the ecological impact of our shipments as much as possible, we give priority to environmentally-friendly materials.

Preparing the parcel

Storage time is kept to a minimum. This means that the chocolate sent is guaranteed to be ready for consumption within a minimum of one month, but generally between 3 and 6 months.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They therefore include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight of your order.

We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders, and you will be required to pay postage for each of them.

Parcel tracking

All shipments are handled by Fedex and its partners.

• All parcels are sent by registered post without a signature.

• The parcel number is systematically provided to the customer to enable tracking on our service provider's website.

Returns

For obvious reasons of hygiene and security, returns are not accepted without written authorisation from Swisschocolate-online.com.

• Before any return, it is therefore necessary to contact us.

• If a parcel is returned for non-delivery, reshipment is at the client's expense.

• Swisschocolate-online.com cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of packages.
