1 natural yoghurt (the pot of yoghurt is a measure of the remaining ingredients)
For chocolate glaze
|Villars dark chocolate 100g Pastry |
100 g of semi-liquid cream
Preparation of candied orange
|1. Wash and peel the orange and cut the bark into slices.|
2. Dip the slices into the boiling syrup made with water and sugar and cook 15 minutes.
3. Drain all, and let dry 24 hours in the open air.
4. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yogurt, cream, eggs, baking powder, vanilla sugar.
8. Cut the chocolate tiles and put in a pot (in one layer).
